on the front page of the “Detroit News& Free Press Sunday Edition” as lead developer of
Campeau Farms, a 180 – condominium development in downtown Detroit. Juana has been
featured in local, national and international press as the past designated casino developer for the
city of Highland Park, Michigan, with a long-term designation for same. As vice president and
treasurer of Marwood Real-Estate Development Corp., Juana was involved in the condemnation
and land assembly of many of the major projects in Detroit for the past 30 years, including, but
not limited to Pole Town, Ford Field, Comerica Park, Mack Plants 1&2, the Michigan Science
Museum and the Charles H. Wright Museum. By way of the Warren Conner Development
Association, she was a contributing writer for the City of Detroit’s Real-Estate Development
Guidelines Manual. With an eye for detail and a proven track record in advertising, marketing,
public relations and international business, Juana was a founding member of an influential power
women’s organization: The (RWG) Renaissance Women’s Group. Juana graduated from
Wayne State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and
pursued a Master of Business Administration from Michigan State University.
Current Employment: Milton Manufacturing Inc., where her principal duties are the acquisition
of real-estate and land assembly in the development of a greenbelt.
